A document is then produced to identify each department's requirements facilitating a realistic overall space plan. The report also itemises specialist services and needs that will also be required.
Buildings that are short listed are analysed in terms of their suitability by comparing space requirements and availability. Projected costs are calculated to ensure that all works required are within the Client's financial constraints. That there are no potential problems with the Landlord and Local Authorities and with the lease all are reviewed to avoid unpleasant surprises.
