Our Russian workforce is Western trained, and their work is on a par with western counterparts. The head of our Contracts department heads up a team of capable Russian project managers and site supervisors. This arrangement enables OfficeScape to maintain western standards but at the same time ensure that the best local craftsmen and resources are used. The resulting cost-savings are passed on to our customers, with no compromise in quality.
We have carried out supply contracts for contractors such as Skanska, Ilbau, Codest, NCC Puolimatka, SRV Terasbetoni, Mosproekt, Mospromstroy, Enka, Mosenka, Tekser, Soyak and developers such as Capital Group, Plaza, Chaika, Krest Development, Japan House and Krasnye Holmy amongst many others.
OfficeScape is competent to tender for all forms of fit out projects. We welcome the chance to work with professional consultants on a variety of middle to large sized jobs, including those which necessitate mechanical & electrical installations. OfficeScape prefers to use its own in-house mechanical & electrical engineers and installation personnel where possible. Our design department is set up to offer support to either consultants or contractors. We can prepare all necessary working drawings, as well as the as-built drawings.
OfficeScape can serve architects by developing their concepts and drawings to produce engineering and working drawings as well as providing all details required. We can also provide all the necessary working and as-built mechanical & electrical drawings required for a project.
